Our Focus

Tech Neck

Massage and craniosacral therapy can both help relieve the muscle tension, stiffness, and pain associated with tech neck, improving posture and restoring more comfortable neck and shoulder movement.

Chronic Pain

Massage and craniosacral therapy ease chronic pain by loosening muscles, improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and calming the nervous system, addressing both bodily and neural causes.

Stress Reduction

Massage therapy helps reduce stress by easing muscle tension and lowering cortisol levels, while promoting deep relaxation through soothing touch, slower breathing, and a calm state of mind.

Fascial Tension

Bodywork relieves fascial tension by stretching and mobilizing the connective tissues, restoring elasticity, improving hydration, and reducing restrictive adhesions, which together enhance movement and ease discomfort.

“She knows exactly how to get into the areas that hurt, and manipulate those areas to remove the pain. I even feel relief for weeks after. I can’t recommend Sarah enough.”

— Andy G.

“Craniosacral therapy has given me my life back. Sarah is a gifted therapist and I am grateful to benefit from her work.”

Meet Sarah

Sarah is passionate about her work, helping others feel better and regain balance in their lives. She was inspired to become a massage therapist so she could build and operate her own practice, creating a welcoming, respectful space where people with neurodiversity and members of the LGBTQIA+ community can feel safe and comfortable.

Hi, I'm Sarah Coppola, a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist and Vedic Astrologer.

I started my own practice in February, 2023. It has always been my dream to have a space where I can share my innate passion for healing in a comfortable location.

Pursuing a career in Massage Therapy was a natural progression from a passion for learning holistic healing methods. I began in the mid 2000’s by studying herbal medicine and wild plant identification. In the early 2010’s, I became a Reiki practitioner.

I had an intuitive message come through in 2015 telling me about something it called the “2020 Vision.” At the time, I knew I wanted to help others but had no idea how I would do it. This message was very strong yet calm, and told me that I needed to get myself into a position in life so that by the year 2020, I would already be up and running working and sharing my affinity towards healing.

Inspired by this, I enrolled in a Massage Therapy program in 2018. For a few years after becoming licensed, I worked in other spas and massage offices. But I knew my practice would be best served by operating my own space. In the beginning of 2023, I opened my office at the beautiful and historically significant former Divinity School Campus.

Since then, it has been my pleasure to assist the Greater Rochester community by sharing my space and skills. I welcome you to reach out and come experience it for yourself!
