Directions

To enter Strong Hall, use the keypad at the entrance with the code 305.

Look for the first big building on the right as you drive up the driveway hill. It is the one with the tall church spires.

Park in the first lot on the right.

After the intercom picks up and buzzes open the door, be prepared to pull the handle quickly as there is no additional signal that the door is unlocked.

Access to suite 307 is available via stairs (4 flights), or an elevator. The elevator is straight ahead as you enter the building, and down 6 steps. For wheelchair accessibility, there's a lift at the end of the far left hallway.

Please note: Although GPS will bring you to our office's campus, it will not direct you to the correct building.

Policies

  • Cancellations with 24 hours or less notice will be charged 50% the session rate.

    No shows will be charged the full rate of the session time.

  • If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you prioritize your health and stay home. You can reschedule your session for a more suitable time.

    We understand that unexpected health issues may arise. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice due to health problems, we will apply the majority of your Late Cancellation fee to your next visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Our therapist, Sarah, adheres to strict hygiene protocols.

    While masks are not required during the session, they are available upon request for your comfort and peace of mind.

    If you have any specific health concerns or requirements, please feel free to discuss them with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present onsite throughout the session.

    For minor clients aged 16 years or younger, the parent or guardian may sit in the treatment room during the session for added comfort and reassurance.

    Please note that currently, we do not provide massage services to pediatric clients under the age of 6.

  • To secure your booking, a credit or debit card on file with Stripe is required. However, prepayment is not necessary.

    Cash is preferred for your convenience.

    We accept payment in the form of cash, Zelle, Venmo, or credit/debit cards.

    While we do not currently accept insurance, you can use your HSA or FSA credit card for payment.
